Spotify: Music and Podcasts

Spotify streams music, podcasts and audiobooks from one app. Search anything, follow artists and shows, and let the personalised playlists do the rest: Discover Weekly, Release Radar and the daily mixes are built from what you actually play. Your own playlists sync across every device you sign in on.

Spotify Connect hands playback to a smart speaker, TV, car or computer on the same network while the phone acts as the remote. Crossfade, gapless playback, an equaliser and sleep timer cover the listening details. Podcasts can be downloaded on every plan.

The free tier plays with adverts and some limits on skipping and on-demand playback. Premium removes adverts, allows offline downloads of music and unlocks higher quality. This build needs Android 7.0 or later and is about 135 MB.
